He can make a lot of money there in his trade, and believe it or not, Las Vegas isn’t all Casinos and strip clubs. The schools there are very good, it could be a great place to raise a family. Think about living in Summerlin, Henderson, or Green Valley instead of the city though.
Should I go ahead with my move to vegas?
My husband and I are thinking about moving to Vegas with our three children. We currently live in Michigan and we feel we need to move quickly becouse work is getting slow in this state. He is an Electrician so our first thought was Las Vegas. I have read alot of reviews about Vegas and Im beginning to think twice about it. We both like to go out once in a while but we are not real big drinkers or gamblers. but now I am starting to worry about raising my kids out there. We just thought there will be more job opportunities as an electrician out there. any suggestions?
My 8 year old son is really excited to move and my 4 year old daughters are too little to care. also I hear the weather out there is dry and good for asthma sufferers. what about the surrounding states?
How reputable are doctors off Craigslist?
I am currently a resident of Michigan, I don’t know if the rest of the country is aware but we are falling on some pretty hard times in our great state. I have been laid off from my job as an electrician for over a year now, and my unemployment is going to run out soon. Needless to say, I don’t have health insurance or the money to afford a good doctor. I did however stumble across a physician who is in similar circumstances as myself. He has been out of work for quite some time, due to the lack of insurance coverage across the state and is struggling to find work himself. I discovered him on Craigslist while I was looking as a last resort for someone who could help me with some intestinal problems. I have had some very severe intestinal pains and trouble digesting food, but I could not afford a doctor, and I happened to find his ad on Craigslist. All he was asking for in return was some electrical work around the house, it seems it wasn’t up to code and his house was going to be condemned/vacated unless he could get it fixed.
I of course had him fix me first, and he seemed very legit. He even had professional looking invoices, doctors equipment, and his medical certification hung on the wall. I have never heard of GoatseTech University, it must be something out east. Anyways, he conducted a prostate exam (not as bad as I expected, he was very gentle and took his time) and told me I probably had an infection. He gave me some pills, and it seemed to clear up the problem. Then about a week later, I noticed blood in my stool. I’m wondering if I should go back and have him take another look, on the other hand I have not yet completed the electrical work at his house and he might be hesitant to conduct further work without some form of payment. I cannot afford a regular doctor, so I’m kind of in a bind. Does he have any legal recourse if I do not finish the work at his house, and try to find another doctor off Craigslist?
