2/) You do not stay in a job very long. Any hiring manager will see this and wonder how many weeks or months you will stay in the job.
3.) Accent your Education above your work record. You may want to eliminate jobs such as Taco Bell from the resume.
Overall, the resume shows you are going down in the world, not up.
